Kyoko is awesome. She's super tiny, but what a strong athlete. She clearly inherited those great genes from her parents and grandparents.

Judges in Nagano and at worlds that year "held up" skaters who had won numerous international medals. I&D were also robbed in Salt Lake City. Same reason, that placements were brokered even before the event. A flawed system, but IMHO the new one allows anonymity, so it can be even more unfair. The skaters have been the losers under both systems. We can look at Vancouver and agree with some placements, but our sport now is seriously damaged. So sad for fans but sadder for skaters.

I now they had a bad short but this long program was in my opinion the 4th best of the night!

@proxy22 I Totally agree I think they could have won worlds in 98' they should have been 3rd at the 98' Games without a doubt!

i really think if they had skated at 1998 Worlds and skated like they did in the 1998 Olympics, they could have possibly won! They should have medalled in the 98 Olympics!
