Tom Slate, President & CEO of Lacrosse Evolution, is a highly accomplished lacrosse player and coach who also has exceptional skills as a teacher, both for lacrosse and for strength & conditioning programs spanning all sports but focusing mainly on Lacrosse. Here he shows his wall-ball stick work instructional video. * Professional indoor lacrosse player for the Philadelphia Wings, NLL - Winning 2 world Championships in 1998 & 2001. * Professional outdoor lacrosse player Baltimore Bay hawks, MLL * Selected to represent team USA at The Heritage Cup, the World Indoor Lacrosse competition. * First Team High School All American, and Captain of the 1992 Springfield High School Lacrosse State Champions that went 24-0. * Graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health & Physical Education, Fitness Specialist and is a certified Speed and Strength coach. * Assistant Coach for the Philadelphia Barrage for 3 years 2005,2006 and 2007 where he helped the Barrage to win back to back World Championships in2006 and 2007. Becoming the first team in Major league lacrosse history to win back-to-back World Championships * Former Head coach of Downingtown East High School, 7 seasons. Directed his team in 2007 to winning there 1st State Championship in school history. In doing so became the first Player and Head Coach to win a state championship in Pennsylvania Lacrosse History. They also have been League Champions the last six years straight. * He is the former Head Coach for the San Francisco Dragons in Major League Lacrosse. * He is the current Head Coach for the Denver Outlaws of Major League Lacrosse. * He is the current Defensive Coordinator Philadelphia Wings.
