Amazon Missions "we need your help" (part 01 of 04)

World Hope Missions Ministry is a missionary and compassionate relief effort delivering health care and spiritual assistance to villagers along the Amazon River Basin. It is run by a Board of Directors composed of 14 servants of the Lord and is under the leadership of its founder, President/CEO the Rev. Dr. Jonathas DoValle Moreira. World Hope Missions Ministry operates in partnership with the Presbyterian Church of Manaus, the Brazilian Bible Society, the Missao Paz (Peace Mission) and Christian churches all over the U.S.

Volunteers that wish to participate in the effort will help in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with as many villagers as possible by delivering healthcare assistance and promoting a better quality of life to the families along the river. Two well equipped medical boats are in operation and leave the ports of Manaus or Belem each Sunday evening for one full week of service in that vast world of waters.

WANT TO HELP?

If you are interested in partnering with WHMM to minister to those living along the Amazon River basin, we have several opportunities:

1-You can be a short-term missionary to the Amazon. You can come by yourself or with a group of friends from your Sunday School or your Church. Check the 2010 schedule, select your week and call our office 1-800-630-1770. Our mission is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and your expenses are tax deductible.

2-You can click Store and buy one or more of the items we have for sale and pay them on-line with your credit cards or pay-pal, etc.

3-You can use GoodSearch as your search engine or GoodShop´ for your shopping and them our name as a charitable mission organization. At the end of the year they will send WHMM a check on your behalf. In a just a few months, one partner was was able to generate $24.16 for WHMM. Ask your relatives and your friends to do the same!

4-Now is much easier for you to contribute. You can send your donations on-line, using your credit and/or debit cards. You can choose to invest in Gods Kingdom with a monthly gift of $1,000, $500, $300, $200, $100 or $50 and become a gold, silver, bronze, pewter, nickel or iron partner. At the end of each year at our Annual Banquet you will receive something very special from the Board of Directors.
