@thepunk247: Lydon´s feelings were written down in a diary + so portrayed by Sophie - a secretary of McLaren who accompanied the Pistols on tour in 1976/77 + always took a bit care of them. Lydon partly (but ONLY partly!) hated McLaren and thought he was manipulating the band too much. All to be read in: "The Sex Pistols" by Fred + Judy Vermorel.

@thepunk247: No - Low Life is about Malcom McLaren who forced the musically completely unable Sid Vicious (they switched off his bass during the tours) into the Pistols which finally finished the band on a U.S.-tour in January 1978 . Lydon´s + McLaren´s relation had always suffered from grave tensions - he had more been a "big brother" figure for Jones/Cook/Matlock who had known him already two years before Lydon joined the band - they were hanging around in his and Vivienne´s "Sex" boutique.

Wow. The synth blurbs are classic Bad '80s No-Taste. Horrible.  Possibly the worst hourly-rate backing band Lydon got after the classic PiL dissolved.

I tryed to see them at this gig, but it was sold out within hours. However, I saw them a few weeks later at another german gig, but I remember, that they were boring...
