You can't tell by size. Tornadoes of similar size to this have been rated F5. However this is a landspout. Those are usually weak though they can do a high as F3 damage.

I remember that one i was pregnant with my 1st child,he came6 days later on April 30th that one was nothin compared to may 3rd
