This is so instructive. He's been on food stamps and welfare, and thinks he wasn't helped out.

I think it is very common for people to attribute their success only to themselves, and not be aware of the myriad ways that they have been helped out in one way or the other. How they have got lucky, or had some association that opened a door for them.

As for the rich and elite, this is very common. From legacy entry into elite schools to knowing somebody that got you into a good job.

The nice thing about Fox "News" sticking any recognizable doofus on air who doesn't like Obama, is they say stuff like this that exposes how nonsensical and not very well thought out the basic Fox agenda is. As they are just acting on sour grapes emotion, not objective critical thinking.

Craig move out of the country if you're so upset that you're not being represented... Don't let the door kick you on the way out! Please don't pay taxes but LEAVE. If you're going to stay in the US and enjoy the benefits of being a citizen (security, freedom, police, fire dept., paved roads, free education, etc. etc.) than pay your damn taxes.... Otherwise please move elsewhere....

I'm sure lots of liberals would have loved to stop paying taxes in order to protest supporting the Irag War, torture and illegal wiretapping. But what do you think Mr. Beck and FOX news would have said about that?

And the people most responsible for denigrating teachers, attempting to smash their unions, and reducing funding for education? That wasn't the democratic party darling.
