The full process of making 'cultured vegetables' or 'sauerkraut' except for the eating :)
It can be added to sandwiches, as part of a salad, added to a plate of rice, quinoa, millet, or pasta or on crackers.
Eating it raw after the fermentation process will give you a dose of the beneficial lactobacillus bacteria plus plenty of minerals and vitamins that are multiplied by the hundreds during the fermentation process.
