DROWNING PSA.wmv

For my sociology project we had to make a PSA about an issue. I chose drowning and focused on child drownings since it is the second leading cause of accidental death among children. It is 100% preventable yet dozens of children die in Canada every year (mostly the summer) due to drowning.

The phone number and website do not exist and the child does not actually drown, i altered a baby survival technique video for this! but i promise i did a lot of work to change it so that it isnt the same video.
