Consider this: Imagine that Tim Green and his staff are really innocent of all recruiting charges (I know, it's hard to do.) What would you do if you were in his position? With all your skills as an author, an attorney, a TV announcer etc., wouldn't you have put them to work to defend yourself and your assistant coaches and easily prove your innocence? Why was Green so vague in his own defense? Why did he not come out swinging if he and his staff were truly innocent?
