@silversega98 there is range of brainwaves Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta. Simply search the ones you want with the word pure. there are a lot on youtube, some even up to an hour long. Beta is associated with the active mind, like when ur reading a book or writing, or talking. Alpha, is associated with remembering places and events, Theta and Delta are associated with deep sleep and dreaming. and gamma is supposedly intense concentration, like when ur lost into a movie.
