did you not read how this monks feudalist middle-age state did suppress and exploit its people? Including raping children? Thewy were not the peaceful people they sell themself today. There were masses of monks that did not work at all and did exploit the people. There are books about the terror regime of this british colony liberated by Chinese people army.

Beijing pumps billions of dollars into Tibet each year to aid the way that tibetans live. they are not being opressed... it is the dalai lama followers from outside of tibet that are protesting and some stupid hippies in america.
