I get a lot of requests for videos about buttercream flowers, if you have something specific you'd like to see let me know, maybe I can accomodate :)
I did have a cake that I filmed earlier this week but I dropped the camera and it erased all my work!! Fortunately I had a last minute birthday cake request and was given 'free reign', which I love!
Anyway, hope you guys like it :)

@SeriousCakes you have inspired me to make a cake for my moms 50th birthday. im only 13, but i have a lot of experience and i took a wilton cake decorating class. the sides are going to be covered in flowers. the thing is, its going to say "happy 50th birthday", but im AWFUL at writing. i was considering just practicing, or doing a piping gel transfer. any suggestions? thx ur awesome and i luv ur cakes! such an inspiration! =) <3

I was so caught up in how pretty "Happy" looked that when you finished it I was like * on to the flower* 'till I realized that you hadn't finished the sentence! lol

Compared to the typical roses, I don't think the last one looked like the tight bundled up roses. It looked free. Maybe a different kind of flower or a more 'outgoin' fellow

Where can I find the petal tip number 150? I have been looking for it without luck.

I think I either bought mine online or at my local craft store. Wilton has their own online store, I've gotten a lot of things from them and it only takes a couple of days.

can i ask how to make indigo color cream?
langsir007 2 years ago
I think if you play around with your colors, like some blue and a touch of violet you could get indigo.

how do you do the two different colors of frosting in the bag?
bbreendda 2 years ago
Do you mean when I was doing the snap-dragons? Or in the beginning when the color was fading in and out?
