@enirsha well hun, my advise to you is to pinpoint the things that make fall out of happiness, from you know what they are then you'll see them as they come and reject them . We all have so much power inside of us,pray, meditate,choose to focus on only the good,i know things will come up that aren't good,just deal with them in a positive light and release them. i heard a great quote once "when you choose what you focus on,what you focus on will change." All the best my sister.
