thanks, but have you tried the government accounting office? i do watch Rachel, i fact check everything (its my nature) when you say reduce, you are referring to spent less than what was in the budget, so if the budget is 10% more than last year and you only spend 8% you save money, but it still cost more. the sequester is all about this, instead of listening to liberal stations or conservative stations, read the facts, follow the money.
