  • Most of these families are lazy and have it easy taking money in benefits, if you can't find work in the city then consider moving to the countryside, in most European countries there's plenty of farming jobs, and very cheap housing available, nobody is twisting your arm to have you stay in the city and living like this

  • This is nothing, look at South Asia and Africa, thats real poverty!! Also USA is worse than UK

  • @AnimalWelfare1000. Bring it on im married with kids, working & struggle & know of folks with kids on state handouts who have much more disposable income than me & they dont work and never have. AnimalWelfare1000 for Prime Minister..Lol. Society is in a mess, the problem is toooo big to fix ever in my humble opinion & we seem to have an asbo society that can do whatever it wants & a rediculous legal system that comes to defend them for free. Its ever likely the skilled are leaving the uk.

  • @AnimalWelfare1000. i also think that many parents put their kids in poverty putting their own needs before their kids needs. Lets face it some mums & dads will spend welfare handouts on drink, fags, drugs & all manner of rubbish & their kids do without then the UK taxpayer picks up the tab for the school dinner. In my job i am fully aware that this goes on so i put a great deal of this poverty squarely on the shoulders of parents but theres no hope of changing some of them.

  • @AnimalWelfare1000. Continued. adult children who have never worked & never will). I think the system would be much fairer if benefits were based on work history so the more you have previously worked the more you get, if you had no work history then people could be given a lower benefit but something. Im fully aware that some folks cannot work due to disability but they could be provided for as they are now. Ps good luck in your job search.

  • @AnimalWelfare1000. Im fully aware that if you have no kids folks who are unemployed get virtually nothing like in your case, this video is about kids in poverty which i think in the uk is absurd. go into any home in the uk & the vast majority will have the latest games consoles, parents will drink & smoke & some will use casual drugs & plead poverty. I think the welfare system is very generous if you have children. I have an uncle in your exact position & also family members (aunts & their

  • but these changing winds can blow cold and hostile....

  • @trippy119. with you all the way. trippy119 for Prime Minister, the PM for the working man!

  • @09SRILANKA .. people who work, pay their taxes & play by the rules in this country just get shafted up the arse, even criminals in prison have it easy, its a joke, the working man should be rewarded for his troubles but NO! what do we get?! a hassleful existance due to being overworked, overtaxed, underpaid & having to tolerate the goverment throwing money at people who dont want to help themselves. i sometimes wonder who the stupid one's are?!! i'm begining to think its people like me & you!!

  • @trippy119. Yep agree with you entirely. Theres folk out there who will never work and will never want to work, not sure about them being bored. I agree that its certainly the systems fault. Provide generously and why work? Certainly the uneducated, working folk tend to have working kids or ones who want and look for a job, longterm welfare reliant like some members of my family would not get out of bed for £1000 a week they would prefer an existance of welfare money.
