This is the 3rd track off of Nirvana's first album Bleach.
This song was written after Kurt spent an afternoon listening to "Meet The Beatles!" repeatedly.
Most people are familiar with the MTV Unplugged version of this song which is an acoustic version. This is the original electric version of it. I personally prefer the acoustic but I think the solo sounds better on electric.

I disagree. They're all bloody good. One thing that becomes very evident after not listening to this record for years is the profound difference Dave Grohl made to Nirvana's sound. Channing's drumming wasn't bad for this early Nirvana incarnation, but i think the songs on Nevermind, In Utero, & even some of the tracks on Incesticide would have suffered under Channing. Grohl had the punchiness & superior timing that made this band as tight a rock unit as it became.
