Ace doesn't play that good anymore. It's a shame that Tommy Thayer plays better. Why is it a shame?? I guess because I always expect more from the original. But hey, I'm just glad that he's still up there rockin' out!!

@Ilovedthe70s76 Nobody is bitching that he is sober. The only comment regarding his drinking says "God bless Ace for being sober" What people are saying is the band as well as Ace seemed unrehearsed. The entire show was very spinal tap like. I've seen Ace 15 times and play guitar because of him. This show was just a lot more sloppy than usual.

@cadmobile500 in regards to the smoking guitar. You've only been doing that gimmick for 40 freaking years and you haven't got the bugs worked out yet. That was an epic fail. He's like... FML ... Kill it! lol

@cadmobile500 Yeah it was kinda lame. I enjoyed it only because I have always been a huge Ace fan and it had a nostalgic quality to it but he was just going through the motions. Seemed like the band had only been in the same room together a few times. They were hardly tight. You could tell Ace just wanted to be back on the bus. Even his solo in Shock me was really sloppy. I think he's more interested in selling books.
