I was there for that show - it was a cracking night. I noticed a couple of comments about it being daylight when he read the letter then night when he sung the song. The letter happened that night but that was a different version of the song because at the end i remember him saying something about how he'd like to see the council stop the show now and kick all us mother f***ers out.
