Well that is clearly why NOT everybody is same-sex attracted.

Keep in mind that it would be possible for a gay man and a gay lady to conceive a child, they just wouldn't enjoy the sex at all. It'd be just a mechanical process. There are husbands and wives everywhere who are married and have kids with a hetero spouse who come out as same-sex attracted later in life.
