Eight-plane Harvard flypast during the ceremony for the rededication of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan Memorial Gates at CFB Trenton, Ontario. The gates were given to Canada in 1949 as a thank you by the other British Commonwealth countries (namely Great Britain, Australia and New Zealand) for the role Canada played in training allied aircrew during the war.
The Harvards used in the flypast consisted of five from the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association, two from the Canadian Harvard Aerobatic Team, and one privately owned Harvard Mk 4.
