I'll tell you how after one year hahaha :D So... while you playing in the hospital did you ever seen red charges on the walls in almost every room? And when you fire them they exploding and if you or your enemy is near - whoever is it - it dies. Nicholai Ginovaev's plan is been to make a chain reaction with the watch detonator at the first floor. I hope you understand now? :)
