I really like Willie Evans as am emcee and producer. But I just don't get the looping of the lyrics like that. Artistic no doubt, just not my bag. I LOVED how he did a similar technique on the "Stay Classy" video though. And his collabos with the Perceptionists and his new album are good. I just don't get the 'video chopping'.
