so still no comments :( please comment... suggestions welcome i have like 6 more chapters written but not rly sure what im doing after that so... i have a feeling this may be a long chapter lol so here it is:
Devon's P.O.V.
We drove up to Sara's house and parked the car. We got out to find that the Jonas Brothers' bus wasnt there.
"I hope we didn't lose them," Sara said and just as she said that we saw Kevin, Joe, and Nick walking up Sara's long driveway.
"The bus driver didn't think he could make it up so he parked at the commuter lot just by the highway," Kevin explained.
We into Sara's house and gave them a tour of the house. Sara's mom said that she would be glad to make dinner for us, which was sure to be good. We went down into Sara's basement where she had a ping pong table.
"I remember our study sessions down here, especially the chemistry one," I told Sara.
"Oh, that chemistry study session was good. I still can't believe everyone called at once," Sara laughed.
"And you can't forget the chocolate chip pancakes and popcorn fiasco," I said laughing.
"Chocolate chip pancake and popcorn fiasco?" Nick asked.
"Yeah we wanted to make chocolate chip pancakes, but all we had was frozen Hershey bars so that in itself was difficult because we had to shave of the chocolate. Then we didn't realize you had to cover the chocolate before you flip it," I started to explain.
"You have to cover the chocolate? Why?" Joe asked confused.
"Because if you don't then it melts to the pan. But we did figure out a good recipe: we took one part of the Hershey bar and put it in the middle of the pancake so there was a melted chocolate center in each pancake," Sara finished.
"That sounds really good, but what about the popcorn part?" Kevin said sounding hungry for our chocolate pancakes.
"Well we wanted chocolate chip popcorn so we made popcorn then dumped chocolate chips in it. Only problem was they all went to the bottom and melted from the heat of the popcorn so it became very messy," I said.
"Haha yeah, then my mom wanted some and we just watched as she took a handful hoping she wouldn't get any chocolate," Sara added laughing.
"Wow, you guys have fun with chocolate," Nick commented.
While this whole conversation was happening we were having a ping pong tournament. Kevin was amazing, Joe and Nick weren't bad either. In the end it was Kevin and Nick battling it out for the championship. Kevin beat Nick to claim the title. Just as we finished it was time for dinner. Sara's mom had made spaghetti and meatballs which was amazing. After everyone crammed into my car, and I mean crammed (I have a Honda thats not supposed to fit 6 people) so that Joe, Nick, and Kevin wouldn't have to walk to their bus. We then drove to Sam's house. We reached Sam's house and once again gave the grand tour.
"Where's your room?" Nick questioned.
"It's pretty messy, you don't want to go in there," Sam said.
"It's okay, we don't mind," Kevin said.
"Fine," Sam said giving in as she showed us to her room.
"Wow, and you called ME messy?!" Joe said holding back a laugh looking at the mess that was Sam's room.
We then watched T.V. There was nothing really on so watched some of the stupidest shows we could find making fun of them the whole time. It was starting to get late, so we ventured over to my house, where once again I gave them the tour of my house. I felt a little weird showing them my room since there were pictures of them on my wall.
"So do you have any videos of you skating?" Joe asked.
"Yeah actually I do, they're downstairs," I said as we went downstairs.
"These are from old competitions," I said as I put the first tape in.
"Aww, you were so cute," Kevin pointed out as the first started playing. I must have been about 7.
"Yeah, what happened?" Joe said.
"Ouch, that hurt," I said trying to fake crying to the best of my ability.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I was kidding," Joe said giving me a hug trying to hold back a laugh.
We continued to watch the videos and I had to force myself not to critique my performances and point out all the mistakes and what was bad, but they didn't notice. We then went to my computer so that I could show them my most recent performance.
"You're really good, the best figure skater I've ever met," Nick complimented me.
"How many have you met?" I asked.
"Well, ummm.... only you, but you're still really good, you should take us skating sometime and maybe we wont stink by the time were done," Nick laughed.
"Sounds like a plan," I said. Then Joe gave Nick and Kevin a look and they all nodded. I looked at Sam and Sara and we all had the same puzzled looks on our faces.
