  • Thats the one thing that sucks about you tube, is either everyones an expert, or everyone acts like one. And i'm not talking about the trainer either, talkin about the comments.

  • Machines tend to isolate specific muscles, where as if you did this you have to use all your muscle groups in your abdominal region. It promotes more activity with your joint stabilizer muscles, plus this is a ton cheaper than some crumby machine you can do 2 or 3 exercises with. Machines are meant for rehab, not a serious workout. So it seems its you thats the fucking moron.

  • hmm, interesting video and commmentary on it abs always. I like to see women like myself learning and doing new ab workouts because I have to start a new exercise routine and want to do the newest and best whether thats with a machine or without equiptment.

  • I like how the trainer tricks people into using their other muscle groups while working their abs. That's the secret to burning fat. The abs themselves burn very few calories, but the other muscle groups burn hella calories!

  • Acho que os exercícios em questão não fazem perder a barriga e sim fortalecer a "caixa de força" do indivíduo tornando o abdomem mais forte. Isso sim faz a diferença. Sou professora há 18 anos e depois que descobri o método contrologia chamado assim por Joseph Pilates percebi um maior isolamento na execução de exercícios.

  • Yes, this is stupid! I'm a sport science university student and I'm bored of reading false claims about 'loosing belly fat' and things like that. Itb bores the hell outta me. Just eat less fat, lift weights and do plenty of cardio. The world has go so lazy we rely on 4 minute work outs, 1 minute abs and ready meals and then these guys exploit it with false claims and money making scams! How hard it it to cut fat and exercise more? I'll never make money from that statement but it's the only way.
