@psychotikpaisano actually I think, but don't hold me to it because the article or no where else says, that the injection pump was built for him at Sheid Diesel, right here in Terre Haute. I tell you, in my opinion, there are two names that I think of when I think of high performance diesel, that's Gale Banks and Dan Scheid. But I digress, even though I'm a GM fan and LOVE the Duramax, I'm also very fond of the Cummins. Cummins or DMax, that's still a bad-ass ttruck.

I just read in the Diesel power mag, it is a cummins, but hardly.
The block and head are billet steel, the valvetrain and oil pump are one off, and the injection pump and front cover is billet aluminum.
The crank is the only thing cummins in this engine and it has been heavily reworked too!
