Thx, I'm using adobe illustrator (CS4), and will proportion to fit 8.5" x 11" (inches) sheet. So will calculate the percent of reduction from your template size to fit, then use same percent for rubber band length.

What is the rubber band length? Is the 7 (6.5?) shown on the metal ruler inches or centimeters?
I see below the card stock thickness is 35mm

@gmogul11 in centimeters, Select the length of the rubber band must be empirically according to the size of the layout. You can scale it for A4 or A3 format or the other ....
