  • This was delicious, I sprinkled a bit of brown sugar over the filling and crust too, cuts the strong flavor honey often has, This will be a holiday tradition for us. Use the larger wheel of brie not the very small ones. The giant ones you see in a deli are too big I would think. Serve it on a plate with a bit of a dip (or pasta bowl) in it because the cherry sauce delvlops a lot of liquid even if you do let it rest before serving.
