Beautiful video and beautiful music, it made me cry. I have AS myself. The world needs awareness of what Autism actually is and support for us, not all of the cure nonsense which is going on. The media grossly misrepresents autism and as a result Autistic individuals experience far too much discrimination.
Also, the main emotion I experiences isn't fear, its....well I dunno, I've got too many emotions to keep track of them all all of the time, but it isn't fear.

I have an older brother who has autism. That video really touched me.

Moving film. Really hits the spot. Teary watching it. Our daughter's autism was early onset. Late with all developmental milestones. Autism caused by rare chromosome disorder, 1q21.1 microdeletion. Not diagnosed until she was 22. Wish we'd known earlier.

Beautiful children, Nicola, read your moving article today in the Guardian, wish you and them all the very best.

sweet...I have two boys in the spectrum ...this made me feel not alone ...ironic cause sooo many are dealing with it ..

Beautiful and heart-wrenching Video. My youngest son was recently diagnosed with Autism, it took us almost two years of hastling the local authorities to get the conformation of what we already knew in our hearts.
People without Autistic children rarely ever understand, I really hope that this video can open their eyes a little more. Thank You

When it says "OK", it means your comment has been posted.
Dumbasses.

I'm glad this isn't about trying to find a 'cure'. I have AS and the last thing I want is to be cured
