For many of you wanting to know what nessesary steps are needed to get threw a disaster such as this i will list the steps and precautions I my self am taking. I understand that alot of people are not going to be able to comply with all of these procedures

First off you will need to find a remote location (away from any major or minor cities). This could be with friends or family preferably someone you can trust and count on in a complex and organised situation. You want to make sure that the location is not very populated and have an alternate source of shelter if possible.

Second you will need *food, *water, and anything that you know you need for daily survival (i.e. medications, firstaid kits, radiation pills, filter masks, and so on). Dont forget accomodations (i.e. toilet paper, tooth paste, and so on). You really just need to take a day or two before having to worry about this, and decide what you need on a daily basis. *If you plan to use streams or rivers for your source of water and wildlife as your source of food then you need to make sure you have the proper tools for it like cans or pots to boil water and plenty of wood for fire.

Third and most important thing you need is the will to survive. If you are a strong willed person this will be nothing more than a camping trip to you. We as human beings have the individual knowledge to survive a natural catastrophy as long as we can keep our emotions under control. We have to be able to think and respond accordingly. We have to survive!

You need to understand that this is the bare minimum. I have not listed half of the things you would actually need in this situation. I am just trying to give you a view of the things you need to look at having. Worst case scenario you need to prepare for being indoors or underground for a two week period due to excessive radiation or toxic cloud pollutants.
