Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa visits Waiawa Prison

Hollywood actor and star of 'Balls of Fury' and 'Street Fighter', Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa visited 200 inmates at the Waiawa Correctional Facility in Honolulu Hawaii. Tagawa's visit was a treat for graduates of 'Kashbox' Drug Treatment Program.
