Try this:
When form three (the one that looks like Vile) shoots the glue ring things, use the charge kick. you are invincible while frozen, and if he touches you, he takes damage!

@Kristanni20X6 You get Beat by collecting the Plates in all 8 levels.For instance,the V plate is in the drop in Crystal Man's Stage (The hardest one to get).Collect all 8 to spell out MEGAMANV and you get Beat.But in MM6,the Beat Plates are obtained by defeating Tomahawk Man,Centaur Man,Knight Man and Yamato Man.Spell out BEAT and you get him.Also,in 9 and 10,there is a Beat Call.Buy it and use it in a level.Beat will carry you out of bottomless pits,but not SPIKES!So if you want him,then do it.
