fuck all u idiots learn a thing or to about engineering then comment, car can only rev to 4000 at 0 mph, yes its sounds like a small car its a 5 cylinder and has a distinct sounds...so again go fuck yourself hahahaha

@rdamico85 What the fuck are you talking about? the Jetta doesn't have a 4k rev limiter, even in park.

@gopena1 you sir are wrong, it most def does -- its called a free-rev limiter which limits the RPM when in neutral or when the clutch pedal is pushed in but the car isn't moving. do some research

i got the test pipe from usp...but it threw a CEL so i got rid of the test pipe...just CAI and nitrous now

i have a 2006 jetta 2.5l, 5 spd and can rev past 6000? no chip, just intake and custom exhaust

@gopena1 yes it does i own one. when you're in park you cant rev past 4000 unless you've chipped it.

@rdamico85 He is right dude. If you have the stock tune and a 2009 or above 2.5 there is a 4k rev limiter at standtill. My 2.5 golf has the same thing but im getting a tune soon.

@rdamico85 It does not, You clearly don't own one. I have a 2007 VW JETTA MKV 5 CYL 2.5L. In neutral or park it revs to to 6200 RPM.
