  • I have always found the problem was getting comfrey to stop growing..LOL. They tend to take over. We pull the leaves and use them in our composting toilet. Also just lay them as mulch in the garden and let them rot in. A tip is, when transplanting seedlings that need a bit of shade place a lot of comfrey leaves in between the rows. The big leaves provide shade to the seedlings for a couple of days and then wither and provide mulch, by then the seedlings have settled in.

  • Thank you for your comments and sub, it is very much appreciated. The TP rolls are great, I collect them all year long then come the spring there is plenty of free, biodegradeable planting pots.
