An early look at the almost finished Emperor hologram scene as will be featured in Empire:Revisited. The audio track is only temporary so the sync isn't perfect yet

  • not so sure about this one, the mouth obviously moves a lot, but the rest of the emperor is VERY still

  • @MaybeYesNo90 please check the comparison video i have just posted and you will see just how motionless the original emperors face actually is

  • @adywanuk - Did you get that clip on YouTube of an interview with Ian McDiarmid where he says Luke's first name, and then was altered to sound like his Emperor voice?

  • @GameStation3 no, i haven't got that clip. but a youtube audio version wouldn't be any good for me to use in a 5.1 mix anyway

  • Amazing!, I'm just waiting to see how Lucasfilm ruins the Blu-ray, maybe give it all a greenish tint like The Matrix...

  • "...Vader then suggests, "if he could be turned'... Listen to the Emperor's voice at that point. "Yes...Yes..." Oh shit! Don't drop your guard when you're dealing with one of the most powerful Force users ever, dumb-ass!! ... he's a long way from headquarters defeating the only opposition to the Emperor. Palpatine better be worried. But now he's foolishly agreed to allow Vader to bring the kid to him. Jesus, two Skywalkers in the same room?! You better hope they don't want anything you've got."

  • WOW!! What a shame Lucas' paid team can't deliver results like this.

  • Looks GREAT but I never noticed that glowing orange on the end of the star destroyer.

  • Awesome!! Nicely done! I cannot wait to see the revisited version!

  • Actually pretty compelling word.

  • the asteroid striking the star destroyer looks MUCH more believable now.

  • @adywanuk Yeah, I know that but in this case I would probably end up using the 2004 one. But ofc that's up to you... or maybe the old one out of nostalgia :)

  • I would get rid of the flickering...
