Fully animated 10 minute version introduced and animated by Garrett Gilchrist.

In the final episode of Evil of the Daleks (episode 7 - "The End of the Daleks"), the Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon (Frazer Hines) have been taken captive - prisoners in the far future on the Dalek planet of Skaro. They are trapped there with Edward and Victoria Waterfield (John Bailey and Deborah Watling) and the mute strongman Kemel (Sonny Caldinez).

The Dalek emperor tries to force the Doctor (Patrick Troughton) to turn all of humanity into Dalek slaves ... and attempts to convert the Doctor into a Dalek slave himself. Working undercover, the Doctor pretends to join with Theodore Maxtible (Marius Goring) while secretly working to start a rebellion among the Daleks, led by a group of Daleks he has given the "human factor" - the ability to question orders.

As the Dalek city crumbles all around them, the Doctor hopes that we've seen the end of the Daleks forever ... the final end ....

Sci-fi is usually about special effects now, I wish more time would be spent on plots.

You would need some old Dr. Who fans from the public, to write down what they remembered from the lost episodes.

This way, they could piece them all together! Cannot trust anyone at the STUPID BBC to do the job, or even think of it.

After all; they were the ones who through these classic episodes in the bin, in the first place.

DW has always had overlit sets. And well, too bad for you. I enjoyed every bit of RTD's era, despite how outright terrible some plots were (and Rose in series 2).

RTD fucked up Dr Who with its overly lit sets, hypersexualized characters, ridiculously fast paced editing and nonesensical plots.

Sorry to nit-pick, but the Emperor's guard Daleks with the black domes shouldn't have the "pupil" in their eyepieces. You can see from the genuine studio footage in this clip that they didn't. Although there was ONE Dalek in this story with a "pupil" (shown in one of the telesnaps), it didn't become "standard" until "Day of the Daleks" in 1972.

You don't know that it is "lost forever"...it may turn up. Lost episodes ARE found occasionally, most recently last December.
