Salam to all...I would like to tell the meanings of Alam (for those who don't understand)....it is almost equavelent to Army's or a tribe's flag as symbol of their dignity. Hazarat Abbas was the commander of the very small army of Imam Hussain A.S in Karbala and thats why Alam is dedicated to his name.
