How, in a document that's very long (say hundreds or thousands of words) does MacSpeech know which instance of a word you mean when you pick words to edit? A long document may have hundreds of instances of words like "and" or "that", so how does it know which one you want? Does it just go to the one that's nearest wear your cursor is?
