  • Thanks for sharing your process! Why is it that sometimes we forget to apply what we teach sometimes? or to take the time for it?! I hope you do teach the conscious breathing... i work on deep breathing, but don't know much about Qi Gong...you're sharing fascinating information with the world...thanks for getting your message out there!
