You need a new drummer. His timing was very cluttered and he played sixteenth notes on the hi-hat for almost the entire song, which isn't fitting for many of the verses. That hip-hop beat was poorly executed and really hindered the timing of the song.

My opinion is that( it's the guy on keyboard that's singing right?) The singer only should sing, and not play any other instruments you know :D
