Go to game options "invert Batarang flight control " and change to no. It makes controling easier.

i am stuck here as well, spent a good 10 minutes on this last night. I am on here looking for tips/tricks on this right now

1st - aim for the electricity
2nd - make a hard left turn after you pass thru the electricity to aim for the door
3rd - press and hold L1/LB to slow down the batarang
4th - control it to go the upper left hole
5th - turn right after you get through the hole turn right and aim for the control box
6th - PRAY
