Super Mario Sunshine - Scrubbing Sirena 2:29'16

Fast time in Scrubbing Sirena Beach (Ep 6) in the Gamecube game. It's a timed challenge with a 3-minute clock counting down, and Mario needs to clean the goop off the promenade. I finished in 31 seconds (2:29 left on the clock), which is quite fast. The only way to go this fast is to use "spam sprays" (see speedrunwiki.com for more info). It's the fastest reported time by several seconds, and should be tough to beat.

Unfortunately YouTube desynched the sound in this. It's not very important, anyway. Just keep it mute.

It's the regular FLUDD nozzle. If you press the A and the R buttons at the same time when you are not standing on the ground, it spazzes out and spews water in many directions.

well not at the same time, you can hold R and then hit A while standing, or you can hit A and hold it and while in the air hit R
