I'm going to NY for the first time in JAN. and I would like to check this out. I understand the hype of what everybody do from state to state TRUST ME I'M FROM CALI (LA) we have our bad parts Compton, Watts, Jungles, Jordan downs etc. all that from the movies like "Boyz in the hood" & "South Central" it's really crazy shit but they act like people are just wild ass animals so I understand where people coming from on these comments. It may be bad but it's not THAT BAD. I get ya'll.

Back in the dayz hillside was real they had some ill headz back in the 80's and 90's u had to pay attention to ya bag of trees too those kids were dust heads they got me new years eve 1991. Now it's just mad Guyanese, Trinidadian, and Hindu Indians

As a person that grew up on Hillside (Regency Apartments) I'll be the first to tell you it's not hood at all but it definitely had some crazy moments at least on my block. Don't know how it is now cause I left back in 99
