sorry guys i realized i wrote too small but here is the detailed outlook the shade of blue around the great lakes and the atlantic coast of the northeast is going to be cold and snowy, the orange around texas and arizona indicates that that drought will persist unfortunately, the dark blue along the west cost and pacific northwest means it will be wet on the west coast, and cold and above average precipication for a portion of the pacific northwest. the pink around the midwest and around minnesota and south dakota represents bitter cold, with frequent artic outbreaks. the light purple around the mid atlantic and kentucky, and south carolina indicates that the cold air well exted far south do the the negative ao or artic oscillation. the light blue on the eastern coast of florida indicates that the east coast of florida may get above average rainfall due to the warm phase of the amo. and laslty everything in white i expect and average winter
