Eamon Gilmore, Labour Party leader, holds his constituency office in Dun Laoighaire, Councillor Stephen Fitzpatrick was present to take Gilmore's constituency work in his absence.
A picket was held in opposition to the closure of hospital facilities at Loughlinstown Hospital where Councillore Fitzpatrick walked away from constituents when asked his opinion on hospital closures and intimated they were intimidating.
