This song gives me chills down my spine, especially the part starting at 1:50.
The song is ofcourse even better when you actually stand there, surrounded by snow and getting that feeling of being so small, surrounded by gigantic mountaintreaches and the titan buildings reaching towards the sky.

To expand on this, the vocal parts of this song are incredibly evocative and haunting.
Without trying to over-analyze the connection between the song and the zone it originates from, there's a certain amount of sadness and mourning in the Storm Peaks; a race pushed nearly to extinction (the Sons of Hodir,) the corruption and disappearanceof the Keepers (Hodir, Freyja, etc) and the disarray caused by their absence. The betrayal of Thorim by Loken, etc. Stuff you find in those pesky quest logs!

This expansion should be turned into a movie, but for the Glory of the Lich King KEEP IT AWAY FROM M. Knight SHAMALAN or MICHEL BAY, they'll either turn Arthas into a plot twist or blow everything up and shake the camera until all of Icecrown looks like a snow globe!
