  • Damn the mass relay was 1 of the collest animations in mass effect and i think FTL is diferent thing :/

  • Actually, i found out that it is called FTL. but thats just another name for Light travel

  • So it picks up the ship, and flings it at warp speed, amirite?

  • I have no idea on what speed it is said to fling the ship at. But i recon it's what they call FTL. Faster than light.

    I think.

  • This is the FMV version of the jump, at the start of the game you can see a real-time game engine version which is much higher quality, well, on the PC version anyway.

  • ACTUALLY Mass Relays create a massless corridor between Relay A and Relay B, thus basically teleporting from A to B.

  • @Glisern actually i read basically the whole codex thing about their engines lol the FTL drives are the engines they use to travel to other solar systems the relays send them to different sectors of the galaxy each relay provides access to dozens of systems.... i believe the relays are almost instantaneous in travel but FTL takes awhile i think

  • Also, in HD, I actually felt the light of that relay in my eyes! That was awesome...
