Chester at 6 weeks maybe? The reason we didn't take him straight to an animal sanctuary is, tada, there are none here. There's a little humane society, but they are very overbooked and have almost no experience with wild animals. Since I have a good amount of experience with many wild animals and have a lot of days off right now, I've taken it upon myself to raise him and slowly reintroduce to the "wild" (our neighborhood). We don't over-handle him and make sure he eats what he would in the wild. Right now he got him a wooden birdhouse with the hole expanded. He already knows it's his home. In a few weeks we'll nail it high to a tree in our backyard and make sure he has food and water until he gets used to finding his own...
