Yes he looks totally like a 1 to 1 copy of "Sasha" - the serbian hitman with the 80´s blue training jacket.
He also "inspired" Nico Bellic from GTA IV.
Come to speak of: there is one epic scene in CoD4 MW where a russian search party searches the area and walks by you very closely. It was a total rip off from Behind Enemy Lines!
