no one copied anyone. seo taiji said it himself that he was in love with nu metal and korn when he came out with this album. they had concert together as well. he wasnt trying to copy perse, but trying to do nu-metal in korea. because his iconic status in korea, rock(especially metal) became norm for the korean society.

I came here to listen to the song and discovered that your response was weird - "how do you figure they coppied korn". It sounded like you are telling the guy who just wrote that they are copping Korn, again that they copied Korn. I myself don't give a shit about who copied who. And yes Korn with this style already played in 93 while Taiji started somewhere in 99 i believe. So don't fucking show off.

Just because American bands are known worldwide..doesn't mean that they are Original. They are actually Overrated. Stupid people don't know that those popular bands get lot of ideas from the unknown bands and take advantages
Example, Korn members might have had came to Korea long time ago and heard Seo Taiji, and got influenced, then went back to US, and made some music with those ideas and became Rich and Famous. How lucky American bands are!
