I think the WVU drumline is very good; they always have been. But, everyone has an opinion :)

It's funny you mention that. This summer will be my second year marching DCI. This summer will also be the first time that three WVU Quads, (07-08, 08-?, 09) will be marching three of the five spots in the Blue Stars quadline. Needless to say, only one of us three will continue to march at WVU in the future. It was fun though.

Not so clean these days, but from 2003-2005, the drumline played some notes; at least the tenors did. I came in '03, but between '04-'05, a LOT of our line graduated, and we had to start again with a much younger line. As a result, our snare and bass lines weren't as solid as the tenors, but then, tenors ARE the best.
